Associate – Planning

About Team
Category planning team is responsible for inventory planning, selection and project management for the Myntra MMB portfolio. In addition category planning drives optimization of inventory availability & health through analysis & implementation of systems & processes.

Roles and responsibilities
Role:
The proposed role is for planning of the Men’s category. The planning lead will work with the category team to drive key merchandising and strategic decisions that influence the category P&L

Responsibilities:

  • Category planner will be responsible for category specific planning activities on the following levels
  • Selection – Making season level buy plans / assortment plans, based on past performance & growth / revenue targets to ensure that the category is well represented
  • Monthly – Monthly target setting, inwards capacity allocation, OTB management
  • Reporting & KPI management – Tracking category’s key metrics, weekly/monthly/season performance review and analytics support to category managers.
  • Identify gaps in product offerings & subsequently suggest brands/category expansion
  • Managing pricing (SOR / OR) – follow up with a category on securing timely control pricing internally as per planned STR/GM/RGM. Working closely on OR discounting based on profitability requirements
  • Operational excellence: Should have prior experience or enough knowledge & confidence to manage merchandising operations, inbound planning, cataloguing & discount monitoring.
  • Process Improvement – Should have a problem-solving approach for the issues faced in planning process & ideate/implement process improvement projects

Qualifications & Experience

Skills Required:
– Strong communication and management skills
– Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation
– Proficiency in MS-Office is a must.
– Knowledge of VBA will be an added advantage
– The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Education and Experience Required:
– 2-4 years of relevant planning experience in Apparel category planning for online or offline retail business.
– MBA/NIFT/Btech from Tier-1/2 B-School

Partner Consultant (Photographer)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with the creative producer on all styling and shoot requirements across catalogue , campaign, and social media shoots
  • Program manage shoot calendar and relevant studios
  • Collaborate with third party vendors to source styling props at the best possible rate
  • Deliver output (still and video) following style guides and service level agreements
  • Maintain and consistently update the casting database for models across multiple agencies & solve for fit challenges using knowledge of model pool
  • Single threaded owner of all communication with production and onset crew to ensure productivity is efficient and MOQ is met. Highlight and escalate wherever required.
  • Adapt to growing business needs and pro-actively accommodate ad-hoc requests

Senior Manager – Content and Quality

Senior Manager – Content and Quality 
The incumbent will be responsible for the leadership and mentoring of a team of subject matter experts in the area of Catalog Content and Quality (Fashion and Lifestyle E-Commerce Platform) by ensuring hygiene across levers like the quality of Product Descriptions, attribute tagging, compliance with appropriate regulatory and corporate guidelines and regulations in all communications.
 
Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead a creative team of content associates who are responsible for creating the Catalog Content guidelines, maintenance of quality, regular benchmarking of attributes and product descriptions for over 400+ Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty categories
  • Stay updated on the industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed. Monitor and analyse critical next-gen content trends worldwide.
  • Leads multiple projects working directly with stakeholders, project teams, product management, and other business partners to ensure the ingestion and Content Management Systems are positioned and integrated correctly into workflows
  • Ability to take critical calls and ensure compliance within regulatory and corporate guidelines
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with a deep understanding of Content Strategy, copy writing principles, approach and execution
  • At least 3-4 years as a people manager
  • Creative thinker to strategize and develop new ways to deliver content
  • Natural inclination and understanding of Fashion and Lifestyle trends
  • Results and ROI oriented
  • MA in Fashion Communications/ English desirable/ideal

Associate – Category Management

Business

● Preparing AOP, as per overall Brand numbers.
 Managing all communication and relationship with the relevant key brands.
 Managing listing/cataloguing and go-live activities with the top brands.
 To keep a check and maintain TAT of go live date for all marketplace brands.
 To monitor inventory, price points live across top brands.
 Should maintain tracker to achieve weekly targets.
 To formulate and suggest discounting strategies to the brands.
 Should be able to give on platform merchandising input
 Building brand strategy and execution plan
 To propose marketing budgets based on overall GMV/NGMV

Buying, Inventory

 Should keep a track of best sellers and formulate replenishment plan for the same.
 To monitor worst sellers and advise liquidation strategy.
 Should advice on SMU, if required.
 At any given point, healthy inventory should be available.

Operations and Account Reconciliation

 Sort out seller pay-out and cataloguing related issue
 RTVs – Slow moving or non-live inventory

Senior Manager – Workforce Management & Analytics

The Senior Manager of Workforce Management (WFM) and Analytics plays a pivotal role in planning and optimizing our contact center operations. This role requires expertise in managing and planning forecasts for contact center operations, meticulous cost management, and proficiency in using forecasting and analytic tools. The Senior Manager will lead a team responsible for ensuring efficient staffing and resource allocation to meet service level objectives and improve overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1 Forecasting & Planning:
1.1 Develop and maintain contact center forecasting models to predict workload, service demand,and staffing requirements.
1.2 Collaborate with relevant departments to gather historical data and market trends to refine
forecasting models.
1.3 Ensure accurate and timely forecasts to support optimal staffing levels.

1.4 Plan and collaborate with Outsourced partners to staff right across interval levels during the day.

2 Cost Management:
2.1 Oversee the development of budgets, labor cost modeling, and cost analysis for contact center operations.
2.2 Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to maximize operational efficiency.

3 Resource Allocation:
3.1 Monitor real-time data and allocate resources as needed to ensure service level targets are met.
3.2 Optimize scheduling to balance staffing levels with operational demand.

4 Tool Expertise:
4.1 Utilize advanced workforce management software and tools to create schedules, monitor
adherence, and report on key performance indicators.
4.2 Stay updated on industry-standard tools and continuously improve tool proficiency.

5 Analytical Insights:
5.1 Leverage analytics tools, including Excel, Python, R to extract actionable insights from data,
improving contact center performance and efficiency.

6 Team Leadership:
6.1 Lead, mentor, and develop a team of WFM professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration,
accountability, and continuous improvement.

7 Collaboration:
7.1 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies with business goals.
7.2 Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions.

8 Qualifications:
8.1 Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Advanced degree is a plus.
8.2 A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, contact center planning, and cost management. (E-Commerce experience would be an added advantage)
8.3 Proficiency in using industry-standard forecasting and workforce management tools.
8.4 Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data analytics tools, especially Python.
8.5 Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
8.6 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8.7 Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
