811 Digital Sales RO vertical is specializes in acquiring/sourcing/expanding/upgrading and developing High net worth customer relationship for retail through individual efforts. We also cross sell bank products to existing customer mapped to us and inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
We ensure high level of customer service to our 811 customers with assistance of Product operation group (POG)

- Handling of specified portfolio by providing services related to Legal Documentation and Credit Admin activities in CIIB. Working closely with the Cluster Manager to support for delivery of all actionable.
- Issuance of sanction letter & Security Documents as per the terms and conditions of Sanction.
- Ensuring Security Creation and Perfection. Capability to check the original property documents submitted by the mortgagor at the time of mortgage creation in terms of Mortgage Deed / TSR
- Ensuring ROC / CERSAI related compliances
- Document preparation, execution, verification, limit loading and storage.
- Visiting clients’ office for execution of documents. Attending consortium meetings for document execution. Discussing with clients on negotiation in documents and seeking approval thereof.
- Meeting clients on regular intervals to understand their service issues with the bank and getting them resolved with coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Tracking of documents for receipt; deferral; expiry etc through systems and ensure timely closure of deferrals.
- Liaison with Business Teams, Legal; Credit; RMs; CPC, Audit, Service Providers etc for timely and quality deliverables by resolution of issues/ answering queries.
