Imaging & Radiology
To provide diagnostic services in a hospital and/or clinical setting, to include clerical duties as required. To perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concepts and reflects the KPNW Mission and philosophy.
Essential Responsibilities
- Performing diagnostic radiological procedures, utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment. Using skills and abilities required for age of patient served to include: routine, emergent, portable, surgical and fluoroscopic examinations in accordance with department policies and procedures.
- Image processing. Understands, use the current RIS and PACS system. Work under the supervision of radiologist on an as needed basis. Work with radiologist: on film Quality Assurance, exam clarification. Perform ECG (As required).
- Patient/transport. File work. Restocking supplies/cleaning. Responsible for patient registration and patient scheduling.
- Participate in an on-call or standby schedule as required. Other duties as assigned.

Under direct supervision, performs routine food preparation utilizing grill/BBQ and fryer equipment per department procedure. May use preparation equipment as necessary. Responsible for maintaining sanitation of food service work areas and/or food service stations.
Essential Responsibilities
Upholds Kaiser Permanentes Policies and Procedures, Principles of Responsibilities, and applicable state, federal and local laws. Observes appropriate food handling techniques according to standards of hygiene in accordance with local, state, and federal agencies. Maintain grill, filters, and oils, which includes cleaning interior and exterior of grill reservoir. Prepares food to order on/in the grill, BBQ and/or fryer following department safety and sanitation and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Policies (HACCP). Cleans and decontaminates patient care and work area stations, sanitizes cooking utensils, and disposal. May perform other duties as required. Establishes and maintains courteous and cooperative relations with members, staff and co-workers.

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience. Minimum of six months cooks experience in a restaurant, hospital or institutional food service using standard food service equipment (Grill, Oven, Fryer, etc.).
