About the Role
- Processing advertising bookings and setting up campaigns across the Guardian’s digital portfolio
- Trafficking, testing and uploading creative units, troubleshooting any issues to ensure that campaigns run smoothly
- Working closely with internal teams and external customers to chase creative and communicate on delivery goals so we meet our campaigns goals
- Producing end of campaign reporting and analysis so we can optimise our advertising technologies, inventory usage and yield optimisation
- Providing platform support for campaigns that require execution outside of theguardian.com (for example on Facebook or LinkedIn)
- You will be required to be on-call 1 in 5 weekends and bank holidays, on a rota basis

The salary range for this role starts at £35,000 and depends on experience.

Creative Director, Audio
The New York Times is looking for a Creative Director to oversee the visual evolution of New York Times Audio as it expands on and off our platform. You will work with Audio leadership, absorbing and contributing to strategic and programming plans and overseeing the creation and presentation of editorial visual assets for our portfolio of news and Opinion shows, including The Daily, Hard Fork, Modern Love, The Book Review and more. These assets will run across The Times’s platform (app, mobile, home page) and off-platform —on Apple, Spotify, YouTube and elsewhere. We are increasingly developing and producing video projects that relate to our audio programs, and you will guide the presentation of various video assets. You will also partner with Product and Product Design, serving as Audio’s conduit for guidance related to the Audio experience on all relevant surfaces. You will manage a direct report who will help evolve visual systems. The work entails collaborating with teams across Audio, News, Opinion, Product, Audience, Video and Brand Identity with the goal of strengthening New York Times Audio.

Staff Editor/Statistician, Data Journalism Team
The Data Journalism department is looking for a statistician to contribute to data-driven coverage on a variety of topics, often collaborating with colleagues across the newsroom.
You have familiarity with a range of statistical inference and testing methods, an imagination for how statistical models can fail, experience designing rigorous methodologies, and a fluency in translating your work into plain language. Beyond statistical techniques, you should also have excellent general data analysis skills and experience with handling thorny data issues. You are eager to help others level-up their own skills — both in statistics literacy and statistical analysis — and excited about learning from others.
This is a hybrid position that includes regular attendance at one of our offices or bureaus and includes regular attendance in the office each week per your departmental guidance.
